ARGH KID

“Where The Streets meet William Shakespeare”

ARGH KiD is an English alternative hip hop band from Manchester, England, led by the MC/Poet David Scott. With an eclectic approach to hip hop featuring  live musicians to provide a backdrop to life in austerity UK, with all it flaws and lingering beauty. His first two singles “Frank” and “Neighbours” were met with critical acclaim and support from industry big hitters such as Chris Evans, Janice Long, John Kennedy to name but a few. Their live shows are a high-octane concoction of breakbeats, outstanding musicianship and a powerful and passionated lyrical outpouring rarely seen on stage these days.
ARGH KiD’s work has been broadcast across the globe through his collaborations with Manchester United Football Club, UEFA, New Era Sportswear… to name but a few.  He was  Kendal Calling Poet Laureate in 2017.
In addition to his stage performances and studio work he runs Spoken Word Workshops for Young people across the country, creating social awareness campaigns, confidence building and adds a bit of light relief from the stresses of their exams.  BBC Breakfast ran a Short Film covering his work to the country as part of National Poetry Day.

SAULTS

Brothers Antoine and Greg Saults formed the band in 2014, in France.
Word of mouth and social media helped this funk, rock, pop trio gather a faithful audience.  In the beginning of 2016, they decided to record an EP and shot the video of its main title, I Wanna Jam, with the help of Sam de Salvador. They sold over 2.500 copies and “ I Wanna Jam” was viewed more than 20.000 times on You Tube.
Saults ended their 2017 tour on a high when they opened for Julian Perretta at the Pruneau Show festival in Agen in front of 10.000 people. After playing around France for three years, the band are now mostly London based. They’ve performed extensively in the UK, including the Love Supreme Jazz Festival in 2018.   They released their debut UK single “Kelly Ride” in 2018, recorded at Abbey Road and  promoted by Lisa Davies Promotion . Since then they’ve received support from the BBC and London Live TV.

MORGANWAY

Morganway was founded by twin brothers Callum (vocals/guitar) and Kieran Morgan (lead guitar). Its fiery sound and distinctive Americana glow wears its heart on its sleeve, packing charismatic five-part harmonies and powerful riffs into the emotional songwriting. Joining them is SJ Mortimer (vocals), Nicole Terry (fiddle), Matthew Brocklehurst (keys), Rory Hill (bass) and Ed Bullinger (drums).
In 2017, Morganway caught the ear of Britain’s country music champion, Whispering Bob Harris. Following a live session at his Under The Apple Tree home studio, they were invited to headline the UTAT stage at Silverstone. The band also supported The Shires at Taverham Hall to a crowd of 4000 and were later nominated for a BCMA award. Throughout 2018 the band has been touring extensively building momentum, with a summer packed full of festivals such as Buckle & Boots and Cambridge Folk Festival. They have also been busy recording their debut album, mixed in Nashville, which is set to be released this year.

EMIKO

New Lease Music (online magazine) called him the ‘new R’n’B sensation’.
Despite being shy growing up, music has always been a way for Emiko to channel his shyness – through the art of expression.
In his early years Emiko would only sing to himself in secret, heavily influenced by the greats such as Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Lauryn Hill and Michael Jackson, he dreamed of a career in music and to one day perform for the very first time. A voice heavily nurtured by genres such as R’n’B and Soul, Emiko possesses an infectious energy that he spreads through his music and equally his character.
Emiko’s message is one of unison in music – ‘Bringing people from wide and far together to experience something so special that words alone can never truly encapsulate the feeling.’
